HORIZONTAL TRANSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

A - CONDITIONS

1- Inter-institutional horizontal transfer is carried out between equivalent diploma programs of the same level of higher education institutions and quotas published by the Higher Education Council.

2- For the horizontal transfer between institutions, it is mandatory for the student to have a grade point average of at least 60 out of 100 for the periods in which he / she has completed the program. (According to the table of the 100th system of the notes in the 4th system that the Presidency of the Higher Education Board has determined)

3. Having completed all exams in the departing institution,

4- In order to be able to switch from open and distance education to formal curricula, the central placement score for the year in which the student is 80 or over or more than 100 out of 100 in the program in which the student is studying must be equal to or higher than the base score of that year in the diploma program of the university.

B - REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

2- Notarized status document (approved transcript).

3. Approved course content

4- ÖSYS Result Certificate (Internet Output) of the year that the student entered the OSYM examination

5. Certificate of disciplinary action

6- Transcripts (notarized document) of the students who are going to apply for the transfer from abroad and the translation of the relevant documents of those who are in foreign language course to the course curriculum.

7- Recognition certificate for the university where students who are to apply for transfer from abroad apply.
